Noura Bishay, CEO
Noura has literary changed the map of Egypt, with a portfolio of over 100 projects in San Diego and Egypt throughout her professional career. She received her Master’s Degree in Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design. There, her thesis study “The Green Network” focused on the Park-to-Bay Project, which received the SDAPA Academic Award. Noura combines compassion with art to design and create spaces that matter. Her passion to add walkable parks in San Diego's Park-Poor and low-income neighborhoods to alleviate poverty distinguish her.
The community nominated Noura for the 2019 Inclusive and Diverse Leadership in Action Award. Noura chose the Kroc School’s Master’s in Social Innovation to continue her education. She is a winner for the Changemaker's Challenge most original idea “The Blink Project”.

Samia Khair, MD in Egypt, is a highly versatile professional with expertise spanning scientific research, business entrepreneurship, and social impact solutions. With extensive experience in managing hospitals, laboratories, and businesses, she has established herself as an analytical leader in the medical and public service sectors. Samia's multicultural background has equipped her with excellent communication skills, enabling her to connect with diverse ethnic groups. Starting her career as a pediatrician in Egypt, she developed a passion for enhancing healthcare outcomes. Beyond medicine, Samia served as Vice President at the Misr America Group of Investments and played a key role as a board member and entrepreneur at Set El Hossn ecovillage, driving sustainability initiatives. Her exceptional efforts in the Set El Hossn project earned her the esteemed Global Best Award of Livelihood. Currently, as a Partner and Business Advisor at NPB Design Studio, Samia leverages her strategic acumen to unlock business growth and expansion. Alongside her professional pursuits, she remains dedicated to scientific research as a Lab Director, contributing to knowledge advancement and innovation. Samia Khair's exceptional combination of medical expertise, entrepreneurship, social impact initiatives, and strategic leadership showcases her unwavering commitment to driving positive change across various domains, inspiring others to strive for excellence.

Philip Bishay, CFO
Mr. Bishay comes with over 40 years of experience in executive management establishing new companies and projects and leading staff to be among the best in the market. Through hands-on coaching and personalized leadership, Philip specializes in improving the quality of employees' performance and productivity, team building, organizational development, good strategic planning, use of improved technology in accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer service. Philip is renowned for beginning the first eco-village in Egypt, overseeing a project worth millions of dollars.
Magdy Labib, Quality Control Architect
Nader Gobran, P.E.
With over 20 years of experience and graduating from Helwan University in Cairo Egypt with a Degree in Architecture, Magdy has worked in a variety of different sectors of design, with hundreds of projects. From building inspector, contractor, working with the County of LA in sewer design, and taking on projects all over the world Magdi has participated in all phases of Programming, Design Development, Production of contract documents, and provided Contract Administration. She has prepared scaled models and presentations for different projects, monitoring and reviewing monthly construction schedules and progress, as well as analyzing and finalizing contractor’s T&I claims. Magdi has also produced and followed up on a CPM schedule for an Air Base project composed of 34 different buildings and infrastructure, with a budget of @ $300 Million, using Primavera P3software.

Mr. Gobran is an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. He is a strong operation professional skilled in Civil design,
Structural Engineering, Design-Build process, Feasibility Studies, Highways design, and Construction. Receiving his Civil and Structural degree in 1988 from Alexandria University in Cairo, Egypt, Nader has over 30 years of experience working on hotels, industrial applications, large-scale buildings, tilt-up buildings, transportation projects, and road design.
Brooke Scott, Public Relationships and Corporate Sponsorship
Brooke received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Following her education at UCLA, Brooke served as a litigation secretary and paralegal at firms in Los Angeles specializing in civil litigation. Additionally, Brooke has served on the Young Adult Advisory Board for Young Invincible since 2018, weighing in on issues such as higher education, healthcare, workforce/economic security, and civic engagement. Brooke has also served on the Board of Directors for United Nations Women USA Los Angeles (UN Women USA LA) focusing on issues of gender equality and economic empowerment for women and girls across the globe. Brooke has since returned to school to pursue her Master's degree in Peace and Justice at the University of San Diego (USD). Thereafter, she hopes to find a happy medium between her passion for human rights and the legal system.
