EcoShpere Sustainable Course
Turn Sustainability Into Everyday Action,
Learn. Discuss. Practice. Apply.
What If Sustainability Didn’t Have to Be Complicated?
Sustainability does not have to be an overwhelming concept or an expensive corporate initiative. EcoShpere Sustainable Course is an out-of-the-box team-building course transforms the often intimidating and idealistic idea of “sustainability” into practical, achievable actions that employees can incorporate into their everyday lives and work environments.
We are not trying to change the world overnight. We begin by changing our own actions. Through short, engaging sessions, hands-on activities, meaningful discussions, and collaborative challenges, participants explore how small, intentional choices can create meaningful impact, often with little or no additional cost.
The goal is not perfection. It is progress. By breaking sustainability into manageable steps, we make it accessible to everyone and demonstrate that meaningful change can begin with something as simple as one better choice, one new habit, or one small action at a time.

Our Story
Our family’s journey began with a generational dream: to live sustainably and share that knowledge with the world. In Egypt, we spent twenty years bringing life to the desert, planting over 1,000 acres and 30,000 olive trees and date palms. When the Arab Spring forced us to leave as immigrants, we carried that dream with us, refusing to let it fade.
That vision eventually found new roots in a simple backyard grapevine that needed trimming. Rather than letting the leaves go to waste, I started hosting Dolma Parties, inviting neighbors and strangers to harvest the leaves, cook side by side, and share meals. What started as a small effort to prevent food waste quickly became a profound exercise in building community and belonging, bridging cultural divides just as the UN Sustainable Development Goals intend through responsible consumption and inclusive cities.
Today, that journey comes alive through EcoSphere and The Hidden Gazebo Eatery. True sustainability doesn't require massive investments or impossible goals; it starts small, with a grapevine, a shared meal, and a willingness to change our actions one step at a time.
